Sabahra provides independent relocation planning and advisory services for individuals, families, and small businesses moving to the GCC. This website is operated by Sabahra FZ-LLC. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

II. Advisory scope

Sabahra offers structured planning support, including one-to-one calls and online platform access. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or immigration advice. We are not agents, representatives, or decision-makers on your behalf. We do not guarantee visa outcomes, employment, housing, or any specific relocation result.

III. Your responsibilities

  • You remain in control of all decisions throughout your move.

  • You must comply with applicable laws in your origin country and destination.

IV. Fees and cancellations

Paid packages are described on our pricing page. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are per household. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for booked calls or packages will be confirmed at the point of purchase or booking.

V. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sabahra FZ-LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your relocation or use of this site. VI. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
